Angelo's Preferred membership is open to all individuals. The program is intended for individual use only. One membership card will be issued per account, and each individual is only allowed one membership.
Members shall be bound by all the terms and conditions contained herein and by all applicable laws. All program terms and/or conditions shall be determined at the sole discretion of Mazzone Hospitality. Federal and state tax liabilities, if any, shall be the sole responsibility of the program member.
One point will be credited to a member's account for each dollar spent in our restaurants, including gift card purchases (excluding tax, tip, discounts, retail merchandise, award redemptions under the program and redeemed gift cards or certificates), at all participating restaurants.
No more than 1,000 points may be earned by a member in a single day. Members may not split checks on large parties in order to acquire points beyond the daily maximum. No points will be awarded for deposits on banquets, room or equipment rental charges or service fees.
Rewards may be used for food and beverage purchases only, and may not be used to purchase gift cards or certificates, retail merchandise. Rewards may not be used for taxes or gratuities.
For every 500 points earned, a $25 reward will be available to the member. Rewards are earned in 500 point increments and will be awarded in $25 increments. Any points earned over the reward amount will remain in the account and continue to accumulate to the next $25 reward is earned. Once the member's account balance reaches 500 points or more, the member will receive an email informing him or her of the $25 reward. The reward will automatically be added to member's card and applied at member's next visit. The reward may be used in any dollar amount up to the value of rewards in the member's account.
Points will not expire.
Members will receive their Rewards card, loaded with the $10 Welcome Reward, in the mail within 14 days. Prior to receiving their membership card, members may begin earning points 24 hours after joining the Rewards Program. To get your points you will have to send the following information to angelospreffered.com under the contact section: Restaurant that was visited, date of visit and check number. This process may take up to 1 week to get add points on your card.
Membership card must be presented at the time of purchase to redeem rewards. A member cannot redeem rewards without the membership card. A membership card is not required to earn points.
Only the member to whom the membership card is issued may earn points. The member must be paying for the food, beverage or hotel stay to earn points. Membership cards are issued to individuals only, not businesses or other entities or groups. Program points are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. Members may earn points at any participating Mazzone Hospitality Restaurant and Inn.
Points can only be earned at the time of purchase. Point updates for a restaurant transaction are computer generated and will appear on the guests account when checked online. It is the member's responsibility to check online for accuracy. Any dispute regarding earned points appearing online must occur within 72 hours of dining. No points will be awarded for any guest receipt or other proof of purchase presented after the time of visit. Points earned for a hotel stay will be earned at the time of check-out and will be posted to the member's account within 48 hours
Members must provide a valid email address and other information to register their account. The information provided during registration will not be sold or given to third parties. By registering as a member, member accepts these program rules as they may be modified from time to time and published at www.AngelosPreferred.com. Each time a member participates in the program in any manner (earning points, redeeming points, accessing the website, etc.) member agrees to the current published rules. In addition, by registering as a Program member, member consents to receiving periodic emails and account balance information from the Program. Members may unsubscribe to these email notices, but the Program will not be able to inform such members about Program benefits, send reminders about member's points and rewards or provide other important Program information. Please be sure to update your email address and personal information with any changes. Members are responsible for notifying Program of address and email changes. Exclusive offers, promotions and program updates will be emailed to members, and program is not responsible for lost, delayed or undeliverable email.
To ensure delivery of Angelo's Preferred Club emails to your inbox (not bulk or junk folders), please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book. Individuals are only allowed one membership. Multiple accounts by the same person are not allowed and will be terminated.
Points may not be earned or rewards used in conjunction with any lunch punch program, or any other designated offer, discount or promotion.
Mazzone Hospitality is not liable for points or rewards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use, whether resulting from a lost card or otherwise. Illegal, fraudulent or other unauthorized use of card, or other activity inconsistent with these terms and conditions, will result in termination of membership and/or forfeiture of earned points and/or rewards.
In the event of a lost or stolen card, upon notification, the Rewards Program will transfer the outstanding balance of any unused points and rewards to the replacement card and the prior card will be inactivated. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Rewards Program is not responsible for lost points or rewards associated with lost or stolen membership cards. Mazzone Management also reserves the right to charge $5.00 for replacement of membership cards.
Mazzone Hospitality reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the program terms, conditions and rewards without notice, or to terminate the program at any time upon 30 days notice. Mazzone Hospitality reserves the right to change membership requirements and benefits at any time. In the event the program is discontinued, any rewards earned prior to the member receiving notice shall be redeemable for a period of 30 days after issuance of notice of discontinuation of the program.
Mazzone Hospitality further reserves the right to change restaurants and other participating locations at any time.
Mazzone Hospitality operates primarily under the names of Angelo's 677 Prime, Angelo's Tavolo, Angelo's Aperitivo Bistro, Prime at Saratoga National, Patrons Club at the Hall of Springs, Hall of Springs, Glen Sanders Mansion, The Inn at Glen Sanders Mansion, Mansion Catering.
Employees of Mazzone Hospitality and their spouses are ineligible for membership. Accounts identified as such will be immediately invalidated.
