  • Does it cost anything to sign up?

    It is free to sign up and we invite anyone to become an Angelo's preferred member.

  • How do I sign up?

    Go to the "Request Your Card" link on this web site and your card will be mailed to you.

  • How will I know how many points I have earned?

    You may check your point balance online anytime at AngelosPreferred.com

  • Can I earn points when purchasing Angelo's Universal Gift Card?

    Yes, you will earn points based on the amount purchased with cash; it can be combined with any of our gift card promotions. You will not earn points by redeeming the gift card, only for what is paid for at time of purchase.

  • Can I earn points through my Mazzone Hospitality banquet functions?

    We're sorry, but points can only be earned through purchases at our Inn and participating restaurants.

  • Can I earn points through Saratoga National Golf Club?

    You may earn points for dining with us at Prime at Saratoga National but not for golf services.

  • Can other people use my card?

    Loyalty cards and points are for the sole use of the cardholder. If one of your friends or family members would like to sign up, they are more than welcome!

  • What are my points worth?

    For every $1 you spend you earn 1 point on your Angelo's Preferred Loyalty Card

  • How Do I redeem my points?

    With every 500 points you earn your Loyalty Card will be credited $25. You may use the $25 credit on your next visit, or you can accumulate your credits for future use.

  • What happens if I lose my card?

    If your card becomes lost or stolen, simply call 518-374-7262 or use the "Contact Us" link on AngelosPreferred.com and we will issue you a new card including all previous balances. If you notice any fraudulent activity, please notify us immediately.

  • Do my points expire?

    Points will not expire as long as you make a qualifying purchase within a one year period. If you do not, your card will need to be re-registered and will be reset back to zero.

  • Is there a limit to how many points I can earn at once?

    There is a maximum of 1000 points per visit.

  • Can I earn points if I do not pay the check?

    We always welcome your visit, and we appreciate when you bring your friends and family. However, points can only be credited to the person who pays the check. If you choose to split the bill with another person, we will credit your account for the portion that you pay.

  • What if I forget my card at home can I still earn points?

    In order to best handle your transaction, you should present your card at the time of your visit to earn points. In the event you forget to bring your card, you can go online to request points based on the purchase, your check number, and date information. Rewards cannot be redeemed without your Angelo's Preferred Card.

  • Can I transfer points to another member?

    Angelo's preferred points are for the exclusive use of the card holder only and can not be transferred.

  • If there is an issue with my account, is there someone who I can contact that can help me?

    The easiest way to get support is through the "Contact Us" link on AngelosPreferred.com. Someone will respond to your concern within 48 hours. You can also call 518-374-7262 and someone will be happy to assist you with any question you may have about the program.

  • What else do I get for being part of the program?

    On top of earning credit to our restaurants and Inn, you will also earn exclusive rewards at all our venues. Rewards will include free appetizers or desserts, buy one get one promotions, discounts to other local businesses and priority seating passes that will allow you to skip the line or get a hard to get reservation. As you build up more aggregate points you will also be eligible for exclusive rewards including romantic getaways, chef-prepared dinner at your home, and other rewards.
